As a not-for-profit organization, Morgantown Dance makes it a priority to engage in community outreach programs. To fulfill this goal, Morgantown Dance makes every effort to be involved in community events such as Kids’ Day,Night of Giving, and our extremely popular event, the Prince and Princess Friends Party! Dancers from our organization also perform community outreach at local venues such as Mapleshire Retirement and Rehabilitation Center.
The Prince and Princess Friends Party
The Annual Prince & Princess Friends Party is always a huge hit! Morgantown Dance students, faculty, parents and volunteers will organize, perform and become the princes, princesses and characters from your favorite fairy tales.Come with your little ones (or even just yourself) to meet Cinderella, Snow White, Bell, Anna, Elsa, Ariel and many, many more. With multiple craft tables and treats, the Prince & Princess Friends Party is a great way to spend a Saturday.

Morgantown Dance visits the Morgantown Barnes and Noble on Saturday, October 27th for readings, activities and meet and greet with cast members from Snow Queen.
Irish Performance Class Visits Mapleshire Retirement and Rehabilitation Center
Our Irish Performance Class spent the evening performing for and visiting with residents of Mapleshire. This was a fun and rewarding experience for everyone.
Night of Giving
A wonderful community fundraiser held at the Morgantown Mall each year to help local non-profits raise funds. MDS is a proud participant each year.
Morgantown Dance students enjoy a day of sharing their love of dance while helping with arts and crafts during the Kids Day event in downtown Morgantown.
