Bailey Turner

Studio Manager

Bailey Turner began her dance education at the age of 3 at the Fayette School of Ballet in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, before joining Morgantown Dance in 2011, where she became a member of Morgantown Ballet Company in 2012 and continued dancing until her graduation from high school in 2018. After, Bailey pursued her Bachelors of the Arts in both Dance and Psychology at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. While at Slippery Rock, she had the opportunity to learn under acclaimed faculty such as Ursula Payne, Nora Ambrosio, Lindsay Fisher-Viatori, and Jesse Factor. In addition to choreographing and performing in multiple student work showcases, Bailey also received training in dance production, serving as a lighting designer and stage manager for the dance department throughout her time at the university.
Although she had taught at Morgantown Dance on and off after her graduation in 2018, Bailey was officially brought back into the Morgantown Dance family in 2022 as an administrative intern. In June of 2023, she received a promotion to her current position.
Currently, Bailey is the Studio Manager for Morgantown Dance, as well as an instructor of ballet and modern.
