Lena Hetrick

Originally from Waxhaw, NC, Lena Hetrick is a dancer, choreographer, and educator with a lifelong passion for movement. She grew up training and competing extensively in jazz, ballet, Latin ballroom, and commercial styles at Steps N Motion Dance Studio, earning numerous regional and national titles. Lena began assisting and teaching at age 14, developing a strong interest in dance education. During college, she performed with the High Point University Dance Company and Lynchburg Dance Connection Crew, while also choreographing and instructing for studios across North and South Carolina. Now based in Morgantown, WV, while pursuing her medical degree, Lena is thrilled to continue mentoring the next generation of dancers. She specializes in jazz technique, conditioning for dancers, and expressive storytelling.
